Delete your I Call Shotgun account

App: I Call Shotgun (Limestone Labs LLC)

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app. No email or waiting required.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open I Call Shotgun and make sure you are signed in.
Tap Account.
Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account and all synced data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no recovery:

Your account and sign-in credentials.
All trips synced to your account.
Your saved garage (vehicles) and your custom pit stop / side quest categories.
Any share links you created.

Trips kept only on a single device (anonymous mode, never signed in) are not on our servers. You can remove those by deleting the trips in the app or clearing the app's data on that device.

Prefer to ask us?

You can also request deletion by emailing info@limestonelabs.cc with the email address on your account. We action these within 30 days; there is no retention period for deletion requests beyond the time needed to process them.
